„Hamiltonian $S^1$-spaces with large minimal Chern number“
Silvia Sabatini, Universität zu Köln
The classification of compact symplectic manifolds with symmetries is still far from being achieved, and probably it is a goal that at the moment is not feasible. However if the minimal Chern number is large, many restrictions on the topology of the manifold arise. In this talk I will discuss the reasons why such manifolds are more special, and some of the results in this direction.
